Pilot Pacific Group of Companies Residential Developments
In the last few years, Pilot
Pacific has turned its attention back to residential development,
a return to the focus of Jake Bergen’s early days in construction.
The purchase and upgrade of several apartment buildings in
White Rock, BC relaunched Pilot Pacific’s residential arm.
The White Rock project was facilitated through Pilot Pacific’s
residential management company, Elias True Independent Living
Inc., doing business as Elias Communities. This company oversees
the renovation and management of existing residential buildings
held by the Pilot Pacific Group of Companies, with a particular
focus on seniors’ housing.
Elias Communities’ mandate is to provide housing designed
to allow seniors to remain in their own home for as long as
possible. This is accomplished by providing seniors friendly
housing with service designed to provide a little extra help
for those times a helping hand is required. Concierge and shuttle
services are generally part of an Elias Communities’ seniors
project.
County Haus Apartments is one such project. Completely renovated
to be senior friendly and managed according to Elias Communities’
standards, County Haus Apartments was a great success in all
regards.

development with Alysen Place in Penticton, BC. This beautiful
